Morgan Cass were appointed to undertake the Design and Installation of M&E building services to three floors of this occupied commercial building. Meticulous planning was required to maintain a fully operational building whilst phased installation was carried out. All general aspects of an M&E installation were incorporated including the installation of a Hybrid VRF System.
